We ship Monday thru Friday.
We also ship on Saturdays but if we don't get to the post office before noon due to the postal service running late to us and have to drop off in their bins after the service window closes, it can take up til Monday for the package to leave the facility. We try our best on Saturdays but cannot guarantee it.
If we make a mistake, we will fix it...by either replacing with your next order, refunding or giving store credit.
All items are sold as is. It is your responsibility to review the description before purchasing.
There are NO refunds for incorrect item selection. Please check the description to make sure you select the correct product. Please check the expiration dates when ordering. Removing soon to be expired coupons is done manually. Sometimes we miss one.
If you need to return an item that was our mistake, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail to complete the transaction.
We ship to the verified address used via your payment method in the United States. Clipped orders are shipped via USPS first class mail. If you would like tracking, there is an additional cost.
There are NO refunds/credits on lost, delayed or stolen mail. The results achieved are understood to be solely your responsibility and are not contingent upon specific delivery date/day.
If you order coupons that are available to ship now and coupons that are PreOrders - all coupons will ship when the PreOrder is ready. If you want two separate shipments, you have to make two separate orders.
